2 lbs chicken liver
3 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal
1/8 cup chicken broth (fresh or low sodium canned)
4 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a food processor to process the liver until it is a baby food consistency. Combine pureed liver with other ingredients in a large bowl and knead until the dough is smooth and stiff. Refrigerate the dough for about an hour to make it easier to work with. Roll the refrigerated dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut cute shapes out of the dough with a knife or use a cookie cutter. Bake treats on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
